ABOUT

Superior Powerwash is a small but powerful company that offers top-notch power washing services for both residential and commercial properties in Kitsap County, WA. To capture the essence of Pacific Northwest culture and incorporate elements of power washing, I opted to create a versatile and cohesive badge-style logo that could be used across various marketing channels.

I incorporated the iconic Pacific Northwest mountains and trees within the logo design, adding a nozzle spray element to represent the power washing service offered. To give the design an extra touch of professionalism and sophistication, I chose a modern sans-serif font with clean lines for the typography. The color scheme I selected features shades of blue and green to reflect the natural beauty of the area, while also tying into the water and landscape elements of the power washing service.

By creating a badge-style logo, the client can easily apply it to a range of marketing materials, such as business cards, brochures, and even uniforms. I also provided them with different versions of the logo, such as a simplified version with just the typography for smaller applications. The end result is a professional and memorable logo that reflects the quality of Superior Powerwash's services and their commitment to the Kitsap community.

Client later decided to expand their business to a general “property service” company - therefore their branding was updated.

DESIGN DETAILS

To enhance the effectiveness of the logo, I made sure that it was easily readable even at a distance. I chose a bold and sans-serif font for the company name, making it easy to identify from afar. The diamond-shaped badge layout was also optimized to fit well in a variety of marketing materials, both in print and online. To add more depth to the design, I incorporated a subtle texture to the trees and mountain peak to create a unique and eye-catching aesthetic.

In addition, I made sure that the logo was versatile and could be used in different color schemes and layouts. This allowed the client to have flexibility in how they wanted to present their brand while maintaining a consistent look and feel. To further ensure brand consistency, I provided the client with a branding style guide that outlined the logo usage, color palette, typography, and other brand elements. This helped them maintain a cohesive brand image across all marketing materials.

APPLYING THE BRAND

To further enhance the brand identity, I also created a brand style guide for Superior Powerwash that included guidelines on logo usage, color palette, typography, and overall brand tone and messaging. This ensured that the brand would have a consistent look and feel across all marketing materials and touchpoints. Additionally, I provided the client with design concepts for business cards, brochures, and flyers that featured the new logo and branding elements, which they could use to promote their business locally.
